Overall Satisfaction with Celonis
Our organization has several streams for the Celonis implementation, from the procure-to-pay process to the HR process. As an internal audit department, we use Celonis for audit purposes, particularly for the verification of double payments and the maverick buying for the AFC Process. Business problems are managing the big data stored in our application systems more efficiently.

The involvement of the Celonis team has been fantastic. They are a very professional team, and they manage the project implementation with a strict plan and weekly follow-up on the progress of the project. The team has always been available for any new request or functionality that arises from the use of the system.
For my audit activity, Celonis helped us to extract and analyze data that in the past were difficult to extract and in which there was an enormous human effort with the consequent possibility of errors. In my company, in addition, some routine administrative department activities have been automatized.

Using Celonis
20 - there are 4 different streams: 1 for supply chain, 1 for accounts payable, 1 for internal controls over financial reporting and 1 for continuous audit activities. Each team is composed of from 2 up to 5 people for the implementation of different use cases for each subject. moreover COE is in the IT function
2 - operational people is important do define the scope of the activities and the goals that must be reached with the implemention of use cases. moreover a solid coe is a success of the implementtion because it harmozes all the request and help to implement them in the best way is possible
