Pros: 1. It reduces technical debt and accelerates a smooth transition, while harmonizing across data migration regions which replaces the legacy customization that are not for S4/HANA. 2. It cuts operational cost by 30% - 40% and improves SLA adherence, while process intelligence identifies duplicate or redundant approval steps when we know SAP ecosystems ties all modules together for better data insights. Cons: 1. Complicated and costly for small businesses. 2. Mature process required for better data feeding and data insights. 3. • Helping reduce the complexity to support adoption throughout the business - received feedback that Celonis can only be used by Celonis SMEs, as the interface looks too complex
• Can we go faster with less? Both from the Celonis side and NN side feels like if we involved less stakeholders we could achieve more
• To get the most from Celonis we need to get the people who are closest to the process comfortable enough so they can draw insights from themselves - Celonis are good are drawing insights, but naturally sometimes misses the business context

• For businesses looking to improve their current business processes, I think SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite is incredibly well-suited.
• In my opinion, SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite excels in sectors with strict regulatory requirements.
• I think SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite is the best option when teams from several departments must work together on process design or improvement initiatives because of its real-time collaboration capabilities.

We have been able to leverage Celonis [greatly] because of the commitment and support we receive from our data scientist. I strongly believe that we would not be able to accomplish this without her assistance. Moreover, when we escalate matters, the product development is engaged and commits resources to make sure our initiatives/business cases are supported.

It is a great tool but also requires a lot of work to get it into a useable fashion. Part of this is on our end as we don't have the dedicated analyst function yet to really become self-sufficient with Celonis. It also uncovers a lot of data issues or at the very least, multiple rounds of development and data validation are required before getting to a position where the business users feel comfortable with the data being reflected. This is fairly normal with any data-related development effort and perhaps not unique to Celonis.

We submit tickets to Celonis through product support. No assistance is generally provided, have to wait and the ticket is then escalated to product support in Germany. Many times we submit the ticket and the support desk asks us the same questions back where they should already have this information.

i contacted support via sap for me via the person who implemented and also via our customer support executive. all 3 channels i was satisfied. of course it was the slowest via the ticket, but even that one i got proper solution in relatively OK time frame

Celonis has a lot of tools to support the implementation.

Training is taking way longer than expected. We have had more than 50 hours of training and still do not feel proficient enough to do anything meaningful with Process Intelligence. The Process Insights are pretty intuitive but does take a willingness to dig in and explore, but in general good right out of the box.

The major reason to choose Celonis is that it has enhanced decision-making in filtering the candidates. The frontend designer has nice graphics and has well-designed self-service. I particularly enjoy the visual editor, which allows you to create complicated PQL without having to write any code, as well as the numerous filtering choices, including process mining options.

We were able to end the use of archive versions thanks to SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite, and everyone has access to the most recent archive. Mac and Windows users can collaborate on a single document. A design tool that spans the concept phase, design phase, and delivery to engineering

• The previous IFRS 9 calculation method was reaching its end of life—Celonis is a direct replacement for us.
