As a security officer in my company Cisco headsets helped me in managing security guards, coordinate with supervisors, respond immediately to incidents and helps in stay connected with companies where our security teams are assigned. It does the faster communication with the supervisors ot does comes wired feature so nothing is occupied while talking to each other. Incident reporting and escalation can be done very quickly where high sensitive area we can get connected 24*7 with them to work. It helps in better communication in noisy environment helps to connect better with our teams.

I use the Cisco Headset 730 in all meetings; the headset is comfortable in meetings, and its battery lasts a long time, around 15 hours, and the noise cancellation is great, even if there is a crowd beside you.

Cisco Headsets are used in our call center for all the agents. This has made managing this component of the call center so much easier than the headset mismatches we've had in the past. It's reduced staff training time as well.

In my organization, Cisco Headsets play a major role by allowing flexibility and mobility for my front desk co-workers, roles as receptionists, sales teams, NOC engineers, and warehouse staff are experiencing all the benefits using models such as Cisco Headsets 720 and 730. These models are capable of delivering high-quality audio while providing comfort and offering a long-lasting battery. Many of these areas no longer need to be configured to forward calls from their deskphone to their cellphones every time they leave the desk for some reason. This has fixed the problem of missing calls and reduced costs with PSTN calls.

  • The cushion materials are good, but they could use some improviment.
  • The ANC of 700 series is good, but some times is not enough.

Cisco headsets are quite a game-changer in daily activities. We use this headset for internal team communication and for customer communication via virtual meetings. The old headsets we were using had poor sound quality and could not isolate background noise. With the Cisco headsets, we resolved all these problems by achieving very good voice quality, auto-background-noise cancellation, and an auto-mute feature.
