Overall Satisfaction with Cisco Headsets
In my organization, Cisco Headsets play a major role by allowing flexibility and mobility for my front desk co-workers, roles as receptionists, sales teams, NOC engineers, and warehouse staff are experiencing all the benefits using models such as Cisco Headsets 720 and 730. These models are capable of delivering high-quality audio while providing comfort and offering a long-lasting battery. Many of these areas no longer need to be configured to forward calls from their deskphone to their cellphones every time they leave the desk for some reason. This has fixed the problem of missing calls and reduced costs with PSTN calls.

- The cushion materials are good, but they could use some improviment.
- The ANC of 700 series is good, but some times is not enough.
- Reducing PSTN calls originated by deskphones that had Call Forward all setup.
- Areas such as warehouse and front desk had thei productivity increased.
- Front desk staff are happy since they stop to missing customer calls.
Cisco Headsets are really easy to use and to set up, our employees didn't face any challenges learning how to operate the Cisco Headsets, they sync really fast with Windows and MacOS operating systems. For the Control Hub administrator is even easier to set up the Cisco Headsets within it.
This is the most compelling reason that teams that use Cisco Headsets have to highlight, the audio quality is simply outstanding and I would say that had people even more motivated to deliver a better performance in work.
Most of the capabilities are managed by the IT team, in this way we can have control over the standard features that each user has enabled, and also it helps us to perform tests and collect feedback from the users to justify more investment.
