The cost per unit should probably be evaluated, it's not awful pricing but doesn't feel like a big value when buying them in bulk like you'd think you could get. … Pricing = unit cost.

As a subset of the cost issue, within the last 18 months or so the pricing on enterprise (local) agents has been modified in a way that seems not to benefit the customer.

it came for free with SDWAN+ license, however you have just limited number of tokens per month that you can use we use it to monitor o365 app performance in some critical locations.

We did briefly look into DynaTrace, but it was too much product for what we needed though and was much more expensive then just adding the licensing to our Cisco existing licenses.
