Unit4 Compensation Planning (formerly Compright) is a cloud-based compensation management platform designed for mid-market and multinational organizations to plan and allocate salaries, variable bonuses, and equity awards. Originally developed as a standalone software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution, the software replaces manual spreadsheets with a centralized system for managing compensation reviews, budgets, and pay-equity analysis across multiple locations and currencies.
