There really aren't a whole lot of things I would change about Consensus
If I had to pick something it would be the ability to easily change the prepopulated text to say "click here to begin" so I don't have to put it at the end myself.
Other than that there is not a whole lot I would change. The platform is awesome!

Consensus allows me to easily send content over to clients who are looking to learn more. I am able to embed these demos right into an email without having to leave my gmail browsing web page. This ensures that I am able to get the content out to my clients as fast as possible.
I use Consensus for technology demos for my clients. It showcases our technology for clients without having to repetitively explain it over and over again. The demos are super customization so the clients can watch and explore only what they're interested in. I've also created my own personal demos where I could record my screen and my face to do a virtual introduction to prospective clients. It helps build that relationship with my out of territory accounts that I can't go visit and show face in person. I love the integration with Consensus into my Gmail account. It makes it super easy to add consensus in super quickly from Gmail without having to login in on the web browser.

It is so nice to use Consensus to add in a pre-made tech demo to my clients. It takes 30 seconds to add a demo into my follow up emails or to create my own demo for a virtual introduction that puts a name to face. Consensus works just the way I need it to.
The reason I am using Consensus in my work is to find contact info for calling or emailing my prospects, because that is critical to our Business Development work. I say that the integration and workflows, even security, using Consensous is quite good. But I would like a bit more accurate data, because sometimes I cannot find the info properly, even if it is easily accessible on Google.
I use Consensus for recording (up to 3 minute) summarised overviews of our product portfolio as follow-ups from prospect meetings; an introduction for onboarding new partners and quicker starter guides for users participating in PoVs.

In my experience it's well suited for sharing short recording with external partners to verify if they actually watched the video, forwarded to their colleagues and analysing if they watch it in it's entirely or just parts of it.
Using Consensus gave us the ability to easily send out demo videos and then get analytics from who watched the video, the amount of time, how many times, etc. It's what our organization needed to solve our issue of easily distributing demo videos to our prospects and customer base. Our sales team can easily use the platform to increase their sales pipeline close %.

Consensus is great for sales and sales engineering teams to easily distribute demo/video content to prospects and customers. SE teams can easily add their demos into Consensus and Sales team member are then able to easily distribute those videos and receive the appropriate analytics that help them. It's likely less appropriate for sales teams that are not overwhelmed with demo video content.
We dont get any visibility on who is watching the demos on the customer side, we need to have more visibility on that. Who is watching the demo, for how long they are watching the demo, what they focus on... it is key for us to get all this information

-You need to get data on customer behaviours or on demo you are sending to customers. You want to know if your champion is forwarding the demo to the decision maker, the economic buyer ecc.
I work at Blackbaud and use Consensus almost daily. As an account executive for current clients, it is very helpful to have prerecorded demonstrations at my disposal for clients to see functionality of what they own. I am also able to use it to prequalify any evaluations. My clients can get a high level view of our software and decide if its worth moving forward with. This enables clients to watch demonstrations on their own time before committing to a live demo. Using Consensus is very easy and user friendly. I am able to track who is watching what and if they are really engaged. I really enjoy using Consensus and would highly recommend it.

I use Consensus to send out demos to prospects to move the sales cycle in a seamless manner. This workflow helps to better utilize our resources internally so that aren't looping in a Sales Engineer every time a prospect wants to see a demo. In addition, this saves the sales team a lot of time!
