Overall Satisfaction with Consensus

I use Consensus to send out demos to prospects to move the sales cycle in a seamless manner. This workflow helps to better utilize our resources internally so that aren't looping in a Sales Engineer every time a prospect wants to see a demo. In addition, this saves the sales team a lot of time!

Cons

  • Clean up the UX/UI
  • More Demos
  • More bandwidth
Consensus has a pretty flat learning curve. It took me all of 24 hours to understand how to navigate through the application and probably another 24 hours after that to begin to show my colleagues how to use the application as well. Consensus also has a great Ux/Ui interface that allows for easy usability.
