Use Cases and Deployment Scope

DealHub.io is our tool for prospecting, call logging and analysis and it integrates with salesforce.

Pros

  • Call recording
  • Call analysis
  • Automated email sequences
  • LinkedIn integration for ICP targeting

Cons

  • Multi party email scheduling
  • Persone accuracy and clean up

Likelihood to Recommend

DealHub.io is great for call recording/transcripting. It allows my team to fully engage in conversations without taking notes. The call recording and transcript are generally accurate. The tool could be more intelligent with the analysis and sentiment of the buyer. I love the sequence solution in the product and its ease of set up for my team and me.

A solid option for your next CPQ!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use DealHub for all price book, proposal and contracting purposes. DealHub has allowed us to achieve consistency globally in our proposal-to-signature process, which in turn has eliminated errors and the ability to circumvent the process. The guided selling motion within the system has allowed us to get answers to pertinent information within the Salesforce account object to ensure data accuracy (Account types, segment, etc.). Those answers enable us to create workflows to specifically quote for each prospect bucket.

Pros

  • Guided selling playbook
  • Sync to salesfoce
  • Electronic signing
  • Consistent contracting

Cons

  • Complex mapping depending on product/company complexity
  • Seemingly random changes to playbook during enhancements
  • System slow downs happen sometimes

Likelihood to Recommend

DealHub is well suited to put controls on the contracting process. You are able to create price books in DealHub and run all calculations through their system to then push back to Salesforce opportunity/opportunity line items. The system can handle everything from the first meeting pipeline (We require all pipeline $$ to originate from a DealHub Proposal sync) to signature within Dealroom -- Their electronic signing tool. Where DealHub may not be appropriate is if you have a very complex selling motion or have very different selling operations within multiple regions. We have two core regions and each one is essentially set up as its own entity, requiring double work to update.

Dealhub.io, The #1 CPQ system for Global Salesforce users

Rating: 10 out of 10
Incentivized

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

DealHub.io has helped to reverse inefficient sales processes regarding our contract structures. DealHub.io has helped streamline and automate our sales processes, reducing the time and effort required for proposals, and contracts. This then has freed up our sales team time to focus on selling rather than administrative, Salesforce and office tasks.

Pros

  • Updating Pricing
  • UX
  • Support

Cons

  • There is room for improvement in how instructions and capabilities given

Likelihood to Recommend

For any organization with a large number of SKUs that are either diverse or frequently updated, it is highly recommended to utilize DealHub.io in order to ensure that your Sales Team has access to the most comprehensive CPQ platform available. I would think that it is less relevant for an org who have only just set-up their Sales Dept and begun selling.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use DealHub.io for CPQ - contract and quote management.

Pros

  • Creating contracts
  • Creating quotes
  • Collecting Digital signatures

Cons

  • The backend is challenging to use
  • Making it flexible requires a power user or handholding by the (excellent) CS team

Likelihood to Recommend

I give DealHub.io a nine. I don't know how companies work without a tool like this.

Highly recommend DealHub.io for quote generation

Rating: 10 out of 10

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use DealHub.io for all customer contract generation (ie. pilots, new business, expansion, renewal). Within that we use DealHub.io to manage related approvals.

Pros

  • Allow for dynamic pricing
  • Coterming contracts
  • Flexible contract management

Cons

  • Adding attachments as part of the quote generation process (vs. only once a quote is published)

Likelihood to Recommend

DealHub.io is well-suited for most situations where CPQ might be implemented but is also flexible enough and easy to use to be leveraged in simpler scenarios. I've only used it in conjunction with Salesforce, but it integrates very well to let you manage the quoting and subscription process.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

DealHub.io is currently being leveraged across AE, CSM, and AM teams here at Sendoso. We love the platform as it has replaced the Google Sheets we were using prior to create quotes and proposals for our prospective and existing customers. Gone are the days of double-checking the math, and which products were made available within each quote on a Google Sheet.

Pros

  • DealHub efficiently tabulates all the pricing into one clean document.
  • DealHub allows us to submit for approvals quickly and efficiently, without having to send an email.
  • I know very easily what my Term and Discount thresholds are, so I can move quickly.
  • DealHub syncs automatically with our Salesforce instance, reducing any duplicative areas that need to be updated.

Cons

  • Nothing too specific here since this is the first CPQ tool I've used; maybe the training around how the actual DealRoom presents to a customer would have been helpful, but I operate more in an old-school way and like to send my contracts directly to the people I'm working with via email or DocuSign... the whole DealRoom thing scares me a little.

Likelihood to Recommend

DealHub is great for making quick quotes on the fly and allows for the ability to draft proposals before going through a deeper internal review process. I love how DealHub auto-updates Salesforce as well, so I don't have to go back and update areas on the opportunity record twice. DealHub also reduces error significantly since it intelligently knows our products and the differentiators that have been set up by our admins.
