Overall Satisfaction with DealHub.io

We use DealHub.io for all customer contract generation (ie. pilots, new business, expansion, renewal). Within that we use DealHub.io to manage related approvals.

Pros

  • Allow for dynamic pricing
  • Coterming contracts
  • Flexible contract management

Cons

  • Adding attachments as part of the quote generation process (vs. only once a quote is published)
  • DealHub.io has helped us manage 99% of our contracting situations, which saves time for ops
  • It's helped manage approvals to pull that out of email/slack, which saves time and offers a record
DealHub.io has more robust functionality than PandaDoc and is MUCH easier to use than Salesforce CPQ.

DealHub.io is well-suited for most situations where CPQ might be implemented but is also flexible enough and easy to use to be leveraged in simpler scenarios. I've only used it in conjunction with Salesforce, but it integrates very well to let you manage the quoting and subscription process.

Our implementation team has been awesome & ongoing support is responsive and very helpful.

Using DealHub.io

It's still a bit complex in areas, and I'd love to see more robust documentation, but the support team is awesome in helping us work through anything I might get tripped up on.
