Overall Satisfaction with DealHub.io

We use DealHub for daily quoting and syncing back to our CRM. We have ~250 sellers using the product globally with many different use cases and scenarios per region. DealHub gives us the flexibility to customize by region which has proven to be very valuable.

Pros

  • Flexibility

  • Quick help from DH support

Cons

  • Once quote is submitted, flexibility to send back quote for changes without needed to reject/dupe/reopen
  • Japan Decimal issues
  • Less quoting time for sellers
  • Better experience for sellers
  • Better looking quotes for customers
  • Easier product and sku maintenance for admins
While our previous solution was developed specifically for us, it was not user friendly.
