Then Dover reaches out to each candidate with personalized, white-labeled emails to get interested candidates flowing in with no human in the loop. Relevant, interested candidates are sent directly to slack for the hiring manager to approve or reject.
- Referrals - Dover uses a company's network data to be smart about turning referrals into hires. employees can upload their LinkedIn connections, then Dover will go about finding qualified individuals who are connected to current employees.
