What is Dover?
Dover is a recruitment platform that uses algorithmic matching to identify qualified candidates from around the web based on a calibration with the hiring manager. Dover's workflow automation then sources candidates from across channels (inbound, outbound, and referrals).
- Inbound - Dover leverages historical data to find the optimized posting strategy on job boards around the web, maximizing return on spend. Then dover automatically checks the resume's of those that come inbound, surfacing only those that are qualified with a seamless ping on slack.
- Outbound - Dover proactively matches profiles of individuals with detailed calibration from the hiring manager. Then Dover reaches out to each candidate with personalized, white-labeled emails to get interested candidates flowing in with no human in the loop. Relevant, interested candidates are sent directly to slack for the hiring manager to approve or reject.
- Referrals - Dover uses a company's network data to be smart about turning referrals into hires. employees can upload their LinkedIn connections, then Dover will go about finding qualified individuals who are connected to current employees. Those employees can choose which candidates they would like to reach out to, which ones Dover should reach out to and mention the connection, and which ones that should be avoided.
The vendor states this results in more candidates, less time, and fewer operations.
