Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use EverWebinar to run all of our live webinars as well as our evergreen webinars. It is excellent for email functionality regarding these webinars, as well as sign-up links/buttons and all of the analytics/reporting associated with a live webinar program and/or a prerecorded evergreen webinar.

  • Detailed analytics.
  • Email flow/sign up.
  • Ease of use.
  • Functionality.

Cons

  • Longer recording times.
  • Less expensive.
  • Even more data.

Return on Investment

  • Has made recurring passive revenue possible.
  • Has allowed us to scale.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

While the application is solid and useful for my purposes, it's support system is completely wanting. I have a URL parameter problem that FB is very antsy about and is hence restricting the efficiency of ads we run. It has been identified as caused by EverWebinar.

They maintain the issue is too difficult for them and that I should go to the FB support group for resolution...by other members I take it. The issue is at least 2 years old and they do nothing.. UNBELIEVABLE

  • As mentioned its support system is clearly wanting ...will not address serious bug in their system

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use EverWebinar for our online webinar series. It allows us to automate the registration process while integrating with our CRM. Another important feature is that it tracks all visitors that register and watch the webinar and whether they leave or stay for the whole thing. If there is anyone that falls off an automatic email is sent with a replay link so that they can continue watching. It has made our job much easier.

Pros

  • Tracking visitors to the webinar
  • Design and housing of the registration page and webinar room
  • Integration with our website as well as our CRM

Cons

  • It does not tracking where people are coming from (FB, LinkedIn etc.)without a 3rd party app.
  • It does not house your video so you need to have a 3rd party app for that as well.
  • I would have to say other than those suggestions, everything has worked smoothly for us.

Return on Investment

  • We have been very successful using EverWebinar. Unfortunately, I do not have any hard numbers at this time but it is definitely worth the investment.
