Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use EverWebinar to run all of our live webinars as well as our evergreen webinars. It is excellent for email functionality regarding these webinars, as well as sign-up links/buttons and all of the analytics/reporting associated with a live webinar program and/or a prerecorded evergreen webinar.

  • Detailed analytics.
  • Email flow/sign up.
  • Ease of use.
  • Functionality.

Cons

  • Longer recording times.
  • Less expensive.
  • Even more data.

Likelihood to Recommend

EverWebinar is a great product and tool for digital entrepreneurs and course creators. Or for anyone who utilizes live and prerecorded evergreen webinars to sell things and reach their customers to solve problems. It is a robust program that does many things and does them well.

While the application is solid and useful for my purposes, it's support system is completely wanting. I have a URL parameter problem that FB is very antsy about and is hence restricting the efficiency of ads we run. It has been identified as caused by EverWebinar.

They maintain the issue is too difficult for them and that I should go to the FB support group for resolution...by other members I take it. The issue is at least 2 years old and they do nothing.. UNBELIEVABLE

  • As mentioned its support system is clearly wanting ...will not address serious bug in their system

If you wish to have an automated webinar...EverWebinar does the job BUT if you wish to market using FB...avoid it...

The Webinar software for success

We use EverWebinar for our online webinar series. It allows us to automate the registration process while integrating with our CRM. Another important feature is that it tracks all visitors that register and watch the webinar and whether they leave or stay for the whole thing. If there is anyone that falls off an automatic email is sent with a replay link so that they can continue watching. It has made our job much easier.

  • Tracking visitors to the webinar
  • Design and housing of the registration page and webinar room
  • Integration with our website as well as our CRM

Cons

  • It does not tracking where people are coming from (FB, LinkedIn etc.)without a 3rd party app.
  • It does not house your video so you need to have a 3rd party app for that as well.
  • I would have to say other than those suggestions, everything has worked smoothly for us.

Just to give you an idea of the whole process. You connect your recorded video to EverWebinar and then it takes you through the steps to build out the whole automated webinar system. You design a registration page, once a person is registered they are taken to a holding room, which you will also design or choose a template, that has a timer of when the webinar will start. Once the timer is up, you are then directed to the "live" webinar. Since it appears to be live, you are unable to stop it or rewind. It has worked wonderfully for us for the past year.

Great webinar automation

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Everwebinar has been the core of our business, helping us concert customers at the top of the funnel. Everwebinar has been easy to use with good analytics. I would recommend this to other online education users to use to automate their sales process. This is a must-have software for webinar funnels.

  • Landing pages need wider selection of templates
  • Customer support is poor

Likelihood to Recommend

Everwebinar is suitable to be used in a webinar funnel. With paid ads directing to the webinar warming up prospects and converting them. It may not be suitable for those who are having a short webinar or VSL because of its interface. It is good to keep prospects attention over time due to the chatbox and interactive features

We use this in place of Zoom to hold classes.

Pros

  • Registration Portal

Cons

  • Choppy screenshare and annotation
  • Poor customer service
  • terrible server capabilities to host large crowds
  • it doesn't seem like they upkeep this product
  • customer services responses are canned responses
  • a lot more - would not recommend

Likelihood to Recommend

If you want to keep your reputation as a company, use a more reliable name.

I have used EverWebinar & WebinarJam in the past for my own products and businesses. I now currently work with other businesses owners who have purchased and use EverWebinar. There are pros and cons to EverWebinar but I believe the pros out weigh the cons. It's a great tool for someone who wants to have an automated webinar funnel.

Pros

  • EverWebinar is really good at the set-up process for your automated webinar. It makes it very easy in their step-by-step set-up process
  • EverWebinar looks really nice on the end user's side. When people are attending your webinar, they will have a very easy and intuitive experience. The format looks modern and professional.
  • EverWebinar also allows you to make it feel like an automated webinar is LIVE or WAS Live. You can add comments to pop up at certain times etc.
  • EverWebinar has their own tested landing pages that you can choose to use AND you can also split test them - which is something other webinar companies dont' do.

Cons

  • EverWebinar can improve on the way they have the timing set-up it's set to GMT and not local time. Makes it confusing.
  • EverWebinar can improve on their reporting. It's very limited and you can't really tell if people showed up later and watched your pitch or if they only watched so many minutes before your pitch. They need to really improve their reporting. It's super confusing. Although the data charts look nice, it's not helpful.
  • EverWebinar doesn't really play nice with ActiveCampaign. So be warned if you're trying to connect both of them. You will have to find a third party software to integrate them nicely.

Likelihood to Recommend

EverWebinar is well suited for the people who have done LIVE webinars several times and have tweaked them to the point of converting well. Take that webinar and pop it into EverWebinar for an automated experience to set that webinar funnel on evergreen. That way you don't have to show up live all the time and the end user can watch at their convenience.
