What is F2B Daily Banking?
F2B Daily Banking is a comprehensive solution provided by Mainsys that combines account management and payment functionalities for both traditional and online banks. This versatile product caters to established financial institutions as well as emerging "neobank" players. It is designed to meet the needs of banks, payment service providers, financial institutions, neobanks, and online banks across various industries.
Key Features
Client Management: The Clients module enables the management of identification data for individuals, professionals, legal entities, customers, third parties, or prospects. It includes sub-modules for relationship management, address management, centralized customer document management, and event management.
Account Management: The Accounts module facilitates the management of all customer accounts. It provides functions such as account opening, advanced consultation, and movement summaries. Sub-modules are available for account opening workflow, interest calculation, tax calculation, tariff management, and account closure.
Financial Authorization Server: The Financial Authorization Server (FAS) is a central real-time component available 24X7. It processes critical transactions, including e-commerce purchases, withdrawals, instant payments, stock trading, and third-party provider transactions. The FAS seamlessly integrates with other systems through various approaches, such as file-based integration, database sharing, APIs, asynchronous events, and streams.
Payments: The Payments module covers the management of SEPA payments, instant payments, SWIFT-based international payments, internal transfers, standing instructions, and operation authorizations. It supports SEPA credit transfers, including batch processing and PAIN file support. The module fully supports SEPA direct debits (core and B2B schemes) and complies with the European Payments Directive.
Manage All Aspects of AML: Detection, Investigation, and Reporting: The Anti-Money Laundering module assists banks in implementing internal measures and meeting supervisory regulations. It identifies financial behavior potentially associated with money laundering or terrorism financing through screening during the onboarding process and transaction analysis. The module facilitates alert monitoring, customer surveillance, and management of whitelists and blacklists. It generates reports for CTIF and TRACFIN authorities.
Document Management: The Document Management module is utilized by all business modules requiring document management. It includes features for document generation with barcodes, document scanning and archiving, and document reprinting. The module allows users to search for documents based on various criteria, such as user, customer, document type, document status, date, and period.
