We use XC Bot Defense to protect our customer facing SSO, ecommerce and payment service endpoints from automation and to help defend against fraud.

Since implementing this service we have been able to virtually eliminate credential stuffing attacks that we commonly experienced.

We are dipping our toes into F5 Distributed Cloud and Bot Defense and XC. Our current scope is to address bot traffic on our marketing sites, and assist our marketing team gather true engagement data for specific endpoints. Our long term goals would be to move more of our Enterprise apps to XC for similar coverage.

Cuts down on false positives
Good visibility and information on types of bot traffic hitting your different endpoints
Easy roll-out to any or all parts of app housed in XC with a few clicks and limited setup information to get started

Cons

So far no real complaints as we are in early stages of our POC

Our scope is limited, but are teams enjoy the flexibility of the product to meet various teams scope and needs within their managed endpoints
