Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Freshsales as our CRM and contact management software. Our sales team uses it to track leads, create deals and manage our entire sales pipeline in general. Our Management team uses it to track activity and set up weekly reports. We also like that it integrates with most of our existing Tech stack and is quite customisable.
Pros
- Great integrations. Its very seamless and easy to set up your integrations. It also integrates with pretty much anything you might want to connect it to.
- Really easy to use. Our team doesnt need a detailed training set up for new users to start using it.
- It also has great resources for self learning and a pretty solid support team.
- Pretty customizable, worked well for our use case with minimal tweaking.
Cons
- While we like the way we have set up reporting, I think that is one area where it could see significant improvement.
- Initial set up a was a little rocky and it took a few tries till we had our pipeline and workflows nailed down.
Likelihood to Recommend
Generally speaking for small to mid sized team I really cannot recommend it enough. It has an excellent feature set, good amount of integrations, fairly customisable and backed by solid support. And the pricing is very competitive too. I feel like if your team is larger than that, you might want to look at other alternatives but for teams that size, its really perfect.
