It's is Used Accross the Marketing, Sales and Service Department for Smooth Collaboration Between each of them. Freshwork CRM is basically used for Lead Management within our organization

  • User interface needs to be More Intuitive and User Friendly
  • Tech Support not Upto the Mark
  • It keeps the Record of each and every Leads that has Visited our Websites or Has enquired.
  • Productivity in my Organisation has Increased Considerably as it eliminates Most of the Manual Time Consuming Work.
  • LEADS Conversion has Also increased and we were able to drive the Sales.
It's Was Quite easy to implement accross the organization which was not the Case with Microsoft dynamics.
It is used Much efficiently with the Mobile and Transparency among the different departments was Clear.

User Experience was quite good no training was required for a new user, it was all ready to go.
The Service Tickets of the Customers are managed quite well in Freshwork CRM.
Reports from our Sales team was generated with just One Click
Support team needs to be upgraded as quite a Time our Querry was not resolved.
All the Data from the Marketing Campaign is Transferred to the CRM. Here on with the help of Outbound/inbound Calling you Can Pitch our Product or Services to the prospects. It is well Suited for all the organization irrespective of their Size.
