Overall Satisfaction with Freshworks CRM (formerly Freshsales)
We currently use it for a couple of client projects. We implemented Freshworks CRM [(formerly Freshsales)] for a retail company. We used Zapier to integrate with Freshworks CRM [(formerly Freshsales)]. Whenever a customer purchase something the customers info would then forward over to Freshworks CRM [(formerly Freshsales)]. We could then use Freshworks CRM [(formerly Freshsales)] to send targeted email campaigns.

- Very simple interface
- Quick setup
- I have not found any areas I do not like
- Able to mark up the software and resell to your clients so I would say it has improved our ROI.

Salesforce
This program is a million times easier to setup and use than Salesforce. Its also way cheaper than Salesforce.
