Manage your Business using Freshworks CRM!
Overall Satisfaction with Freshworks CRM (formerly Freshsales)
I've tried various other CRM's and Freshworks CRM looks and feels energetic and easy to use. You can easily configure workflows and automation, set up sequences for your email campaign. Some tools (That I have used in the past require a separate application that has to integrate with my CRM to perform this action.) We, at our organization, use it to build pipelines and maintain customer/prospect information.
Pros

- Deal module to easily navigate
Cons
- The interface itself can be made easier for some people especially who are not tech-savy
- After importing, you could make the errored file viewable in the interface itself instead of an email
- Had to reach support to know where to upload files related to a contact the first time
- I was able to follow up with the prioritized leads and able to achieve my sales target
- Able to see my calendar and emails on a contact with outlook integration
- Couldn't get Microsoft Teams integrated with Freshworks as they do not have it immediately
Freshworks CRM looks fresh (No pun intended) and feels 3 dimensional. Zoho CRM is good too, but I'd recommend Freshworks for its pricing and how customizable it is. You get immediate assistance from the Freshworks team and is just a click away. You also get faster response on emails as well...
