Having been a dedicated user of GoToMyPC for over 20 years now, I am yet to find an alternative that's as good or as efficient. Accessibility to prompt and helpful customer service has been another key reason for our continuing to use this amazing product.
I have been using GoToMyPC for many years now. I have been standing firm in my refusal to migrate to Quickbooks Online, and GoToMyPC has been instrumental in being able to stick with our desktop version of the program. Allows for rapid and easy access to our office server for QB Desktop, as well as other native programs. Rock solid, secure login, and access to remote printing is a great feature. The more or less reasonable pricing has kept me from exploring RDP alternatives.

Great for access to non-web based programs (like Quickbooks desktop) that are locked down on a native server in an office. The "send an invite" ability is great for remote accounting meetings.
I use GoToMyPC to connect from home to my work computer. It works wonderfully! Most importantly, I can see 2 monitors at home. It is just like being at the office. Copy and paste, print, and all of the other functions work great! I would recommend this product to anyone.

No matter what, I can always count on GoToMyPC to access my office computer no matter when, no matter where, and on any device. True story: logged in through my phone on a canal boat in Amsterdam last summer! Huge sigh of relief to get that issue sorted, and it really gives me peace of mind. A few coworkers use other apps for accessing their office computers, and I've heard far too often about problems they may have. GoToMyPC has never let me down.

You can't always have everything with you or loaded on a mobile device, but with GoToMyPC I can access what I need in no time. Helps as well if I need to send things to a remote printer.
We have been using GoToMyPC for several years. We have several offices, and do some travel. We use GoToMyPC to operate as if we were in the main office all the time. We use GoToMyPC successfully despite the quality (or lack of) in the remote computer. We have had very little difficulty and our work has not been disrupted by any major changes to the interface, unlike other platforms.

I use this valuable service to work remotely, assist my sight limited parent with her computer issues, transfer files from my office to home and laptop and help run my wife's business. I have been using GoToMyPC for well over a decade and have been introduced to other services during that time. In my opinion, GoToMyPC is the most useful platform.

GoToMyPC worked well for a year. Later, however, the software and system have been a huge letdown for me. I am unavble to connect to my host computer remotely. My fee is paid annually by Autopay, but I cannot use the service. There has been a glitch in establishing a connection, and, in my experience, GoToMyPC has been no help whatsoever in assisting me to recover my account. My passwords no longer work, and I cannot obtain a new password. I spoke for several minutes with GoToMyPC Support to no avail....this company is based in India and, in my opinion, its support team have limited grasp of English and are barely understandable over the phone. If you have a problem with your GoToMyPC, remember I warned you - in my opinion, you won't get much help from GoToMyPC.

I use GoToMyPC for personal issues, not business. It is an incredibly useful tool. It has saved me on many occasions. I travel a lot, and I am able to log in and control my home computer while abroad. This is exceptionally useful as sites, especially financial sites, are often blocked in foreign countries. It is easier to perform even routine tasks like buying plane tickets. I also have all of my data and documents, jpg, ID copies etc. on my home computer and can pull up documents (and transfer them) remotely. Being able to access my home computer and retrieve documents has saved me countless times. I know this product is geared towards the business customer, but I don't know how people travel without it.
I have also used GoToMyPC to screen share when it becomes advantageous for another person to see my screen (like trip planning)

Traveling. It is essential. I use GoToMyPC for personal, not business reasons and I leave my home pc on in hte USA. Not only do I have the value of accessing all data and programs on my home PC, but internet access from a US IP address is very useful. One example of program use. ... I access quicken and can pull up financial data when I am away.
