Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC

A critical and essential part of our daily business operations that we cannot do without! We've been using GoToMyPC for over 20 years and haven't had the need to look back or look for an alternative.

Pros

  • Ease of being able to remotely access our host workstations
  • Professional, pro-active and efficient customer service
  • Critical part of our daily operations

Cons

  • Ability to 'wake' a host computer that's been inadvertently in 'sleep' mode
  • Critical to our daily business operations.
The program is user friendly and offers our team secure, remote access to sensitive programs & data based in local host servers, daily and at any time.
We believe in the old adage 'don't fix what isn't broken'. So thank you, GoToMyPC!
