Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC
No matter what, I can always count on GoToMyPC to access my office computer no matter when, no matter where, and on any device. True story: logged in through my phone on a canal boat in Amsterdam last summer! Huge sigh of relief to get that issue sorted, and it really gives me peace of mind. A few coworkers use other apps for accessing their office computers, and I've heard far too often about problems they may have. GoToMyPC has never let me down.

- If I have a problem with internet access and have to reboot, twice I've had to have someone at the office reboot the office computer for me as well.
- Have yet to receive advance warning that my subscription is about to renew. That's really unprofessional.
