Overall Satisfaction with GoToMyPC
I use this valuable service to work remotely, assist my sight limited parent with her computer issues, transfer files from my office to home and laptop and help run my wife's business. I have been using GoToMyPC for well over a decade and have been introduced to other services during that time. In my opinion, GoToMyPC is the most useful platform.
Pros
- Remote Access
- File Transfer
- Troubleshooting
Cons
- Improve the Client... it seems to require a new login rather than my PIN more often than I'd like
- Make it a bit less expensive, especially for multiple computers
- Most importantly, my ability to work remotely from several locations, even when I'm without my own desktop or laptop
- Troubleshooting my family's computer issues
- Accessing my files from Court when in session
- AnyDesk and TeamViewer
