ICIMS Hire is an enterprise Applicant Tracking platform for managing corporate, frontline, specialized, and high-volume recruitment. It centralizes requisitions, job postings, candidate records, recruiter activity, interviews, offers, and hiring decisions within configurable workflows.

Recruiting teams can create templates for jobs, emails, interviews, and offer letters; route requisitions, candidates, and offers through approval chains; and publish openings to connected job boards. Candidate profiles retain application history and communications, while role-based dashboards present relevant tasks and pipeline data to recruiters, hiring managers, and administrators. Embedded ICIMS AI capabilities support candidate search, matching, comparison, and ranking, with organizations controlling where those functions are used.

Recruitment Automation features include candidate self-scheduling, interviewer availability rules, notifications, workflow triggers, and personalized or bulk text messaging. Candidates can receive interview invitations, access resources, and communicate with recruiters from mobile devices. Offer management supports templates, approved clauses, internal approvals, digital delivery, and online acceptance.

ICIMS Hire also supports Employee Onboarding by transferring candidate information into role- and location-specific onboarding workflows. HR teams can assign tasks, send notifications, track completion, and provide personalized new-hire portals before an employee’s start date.

Reporting tools include configurable dashboards, reusable report templates, scheduled reports, pipeline metrics, source analysis, time-to-fill reporting, and Equal Employment Opportunity data reporting.
