Use Cases and Deployment Scope
We use Indeed extensively for sourcing resumes and job postings. We use Indeed for job postings for a maximum of time, and sourcing using filters is an added advantage for us. Since we are a staffing agency, we always use these job boards for sourcing and job postings.
Pros
- Job posting is the best thing we use particularly for maximum of our professional.
- Sourcing and screening of profile is best one.
- Internal communication to the candidate or chat internally is easy way.
Cons
- I don't feel any improvement in Indeed, as it's good in this aspect, and the location filter may be optimized.
- Some old profile which has mismatch information could be review.
Likelihood to Recommend
We use Indeed most of the time for job postings, where the flow of profiles inside the portal can be controlled. Profiles can be constrained based on the skills given in the job post. As a job board, it is the best way to source resumes with a filter process.
