We use Indeed extensively for sourcing resumes and job postings. We use Indeed for job postings for a maximum of time, and sourcing using filters is an added advantage for us. Since we are a staffing agency, we always use these job boards for sourcing and job postings.

Pros

  • Job posting is the best thing we use particularly for maximum of our professional.
  • Sourcing and screening of profile is best one.
  • Internal communication to the candidate or chat internally is easy way.

Cons

  • I don't feel any improvement in Indeed, as it's good in this aspect, and the location filter may be optimized.
  • Some old profile which has mismatch information could be review.
  • Posting of job and receive profile is the best and easy way for a sourcing person.
  • Sourcing of resume in portal using various keywords is best.
  • Internal communication is best to the resume.
Indeed does its job best in job postings, Sourcing resumes, and internal communication where our personal details can't be enclosed. Various filters help us source the particular resume.
We use Indeed for the maximum amount of time for job postings since it does its job best. The sourcing of resumes using various filter processes is unique. We can communicate with candidate interns without revealing our originality.
