Jotform is an amazing product. The features are plentiful and easy to use. The feedback looks professional and the PDF feature is amazing. The setting for approval is an easy flow and does not get caught and give a bunch of errors. I love this product not complaints. I also got my administrator to purchase the product for our team and they absolutely love it!

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Great system, very handy for the site managers to update and use. Overall a great product that is user friendly. Would recommend for the construction industry. We currently use this system on 4 different sites and we hope to extend this to a further 3 sites before the year is out.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use JotForm to collect a lot of valuable information from our clients that we use to customize the client's needs. We use the forms in all of our marketing campaigns. Using auto text responders and the forms from JotForm, we can send our customer's specific information [with] a click of a button.

Pros

With JotForm we can collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, and much more and integrate that information into another CRM application.
I really love the auto-response forms that are generated after customers have submitted a form. The auto-response form allows us to upsell our customers on more valuable services. The original form allowed clients to receive a free e-book and the auto-response form sold clients on our paid membership to our private social media group.
We use the forms to get clients into our monthly paid newsletter subscription.

Cons

Great question and a difficult one, but we would like to see JotForm integrate or have functionality within JotForm that would allow text message campaigns.
There are forms that we would like to change the email address that appears on forms. The email addresses are generally the email address used to set up the account.
There should be more options for the different formats or fonts for the thank you form.

Likelihood to Recommend

We have a form that when it is used or seen on our website, the email address used to log in is displayed and we would like to be able to simply change it. We would like to reformat or change the links for the forms to a much shorter hyperlink. I do believe this capability is only allowed under JotForm Pro. This should be a function allowed on all account types.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In the health care industry, it is important to document encounters with clients to maintain compliance. We do so via session notes written by our Service Providers. JotForm was the platform we choose to create the template for our session notes. Creating and editing the document was easy and the program even allowed for some customization (i.e., adding company logo). My entire organization uses JotForm to complete session notes on a daily basis. The interface is clean and professional-looking. Because the notes are virtual, our Service Providers can complete notes in minutes across multiple devices. I don't know how we would function without JotForm. It is so worth it!! When we need to perform human resource functions we use JotForm to create employment applications. It is simple to send out the link for the applications to potential applicants and collect the information in a very short time. We are very fortunate to have found JotForm!!

JotForm has hundreds of templates of forms that you can use in your business.
The ease of creating forms adds to the value of using JotForm
The forms are impressive and professional looking

Cons

I would like to see extended features on the free plan.
I would also like to see more affordable price points for the plaid plans.

Every company needs forms. JotForm has become a premier site in providing all sorts of forms for a company's needs. The greatest feature of JotForm that makes it such a functional app is the virtual feature of the forms. You can send people a link to a form via email. Clicking on the link provides instant access to the form. It's very convenient!

JotForm is a great tool to make many forms, you can promote your own business and it is very easy to learn how to use. I started using it a few months ago as a registration system to promote a swimming academy and it has made it very easy for me to automate this process.

JotForm is a great tool if you want to escape from traditional forms and want to start using more elaborate, educational and customizable forms. The prices can be a bit high but it is worth it from its free version. I highly recommend it.

I use JotForm to create entry forms for events. It is used across the entire organization as all departments attend the events. People can sign up with ease and have documentation of what they signed up for. It has consolidated the organization of the events into one place saving me a lot of time.

We use Jotform to automate our sales leads, and it's proven really effective at integrating with our other services to automate the whole process. The forms look good, and they are adding new features all the time. I think Jotform is the best around for comparison of features with cost.

SRCPC is a charitable organization working directly with families. With the pandemic, we were no longer able to run a drop-in program and had to quickly rethink how our program would work with registration. This is where JotForm came in. We were able to create a pre-registration system for our families to easily sign up for daily programs and share information with us in a confidential way. Jotform is extremely user-friendly as a creator of forms and for our participants using the interface created. We're very pleased we found Jotform as our solution.

I run a Cleaning Service Business. I use jot throughout my website to collect customer information. I use Jotform to guide customers through an online quotation form. I use Jotform in partnership with GoCardless to collect monthly subscriptions from my customers. I also have a basic contact form which is a nice option if customers prefer as opposed to email or phone/text.

Pros

They are user friendly
They can make a website or Business profile look very professional
It saves me time! Jotform automates the process of collecting data and with customized logic is very clever and useful.

Cons

Screen fit on variety of devices not always the best
Even more customisation options would be lovely
Better and more seemless integration within own website rather than redirecting

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited to running online businesses. With more and more people becoming accustomed to making bookings/buying online Jotform provides a way for small businesses to gain access to a larger market whilst saving time.

Not well suited to ones with little knowledge of online presence, IT, or those lacking patience to produce the desired results that Jotform can do but sometimes takes a lot of trial and error.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are using JotForm to replace paper forms and to automate approval processes. It is used across the whole organization, anyone can submit a form, and managers approve requests according to their role and authority.

Pros

Highly customizable; can make a form for almost anything
Flexible and forgiving; can make changes at any time
Easy to understand and navigate

Cons

Conditional rules could be made more advanced, which would allow for using fewer rules to achieve the same result, and they would be easier to read
Accessing the log of sent emails should be easier and more transparent; it should be possible to search items in it
Approval process function still needs a bit of work; need to be able to customize what fields the approvers can and can't see in their inbox

Likelihood to Recommend

Great for automating routine operations/interactions, surveys, requests, etc. when we have a user that provides us with information that needs to be collected, communicated, and stored.

Not so great if we need to work with images or collect data for a very complex spreadsheet/calculations/database, or if we need to have a connection between multiple systems.
