Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Jotform to automate our sales leads, and it's proven really effective at integrating with our other services to automate the whole process. The forms look good, and they are adding new features all the time. I think Jotform is the best around for comparison of features with cost.

Jotform has a friendly, easy interface, and its recent redesign has really helped show it is a serious contender.

Sometimes, the interface is a little clunky, meaning it is not always clear how to use a certain feature. However, on the whole, it is a friendly application to use and does not restrict functionality for the free tier, giving all users a good insight into its simple yet powerful functionality.

Support Rating

Support is only via email, which is not as useful as a support chat functionality. However, they do promise a reply within 4 working hours, and this has always been true when I've emailed them. Sometimes the responses aren't so clear, but they have always resolved my issues and questions in the end.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well-suited for small businesses to automate their processes. Also, the free tier is great for people who just have a small usage requirement, making it an easy decision to choose.
It may be less appropriate for larger organizations, where more heavy-duty alternative offerings, although more costly, may be better suited.
