Overall Satisfaction with JotForm
I run a Cleaning Service Business. I use jot throughout my website to collect customer information. I use Jotform to guide customers through an online quotation form. I use Jotform in partnership with GoCardless to collect monthly subscriptions from my customers. I also have a basic contact form which is a nice option if customers prefer as opposed to email or phone/text.
Pros
- They are user friendly
- They can make a website or Business profile look very professional
- It saves me time! Jotform automates the process of collecting data and with customized logic is very clever and useful.
Cons
- Screen fit on variety of devices not always the best
- Even more customisation options would be lovely
- Better and more seemless integration within own website rather than redirecting
- Saved me a lot of time, and then the saved time has gone into expanding the business. Very very good, thank you Jotform.
- It has made it very easy for customers to sign up for a one-off payment subscription (the main purpose of my business so this is really key). They trust the form appearance and professional page steps.
- I sometimes tend to play around with the forms to make them do what I want to do but sometimes have to settle for a feature that does the job but is not as good as I had in mind. In the process, I can use (don't like to say waste) a lot of time. Would be nice if there were more ways I could customize.
I watched youtube and read reviews and Jotform looked exactly what I was after. Yes, the cost came into as a small business so the free version did make me try it out. Think I struck it lucky with Jotform, it seems to get even better over time. Good job Jotform, very satisfied customer, although this survey is getting quite long.
