Overall Satisfaction with JotForm

I run a Cleaning Service Business. I use jot throughout my website to collect customer information. I use Jotform to guide customers through an online quotation form. I use Jotform in partnership with GoCardless to collect monthly subscriptions from my customers. I also have a basic contact form which is a nice option if customers prefer as opposed to email or phone/text.
  • They are user friendly
  • They can make a website or Business profile look very professional
  • It saves me time! Jotform automates the process of collecting data and with customized logic is very clever and useful.
  • Screen fit on variety of devices not always the best
  • Even more customisation options would be lovely
  • Better and more seemless integration within own website rather than redirecting
  • Saved me a lot of time, and then the saved time has gone into expanding the business. Very very good, thank you Jotform.
  • It has made it very easy for customers to sign up for a one-off payment subscription (the main purpose of my business so this is really key). They trust the form appearance and professional page steps.
  • I sometimes tend to play around with the forms to make them do what I want to do but sometimes have to settle for a feature that does the job but is not as good as I had in mind. In the process, I can use (don't like to say waste) a lot of time. Would be nice if there were more ways I could customize.
I watched youtube and read reviews and Jotform looked exactly what I was after. Yes, the cost came into as a small business so the free version did make me try it out. Think I struck it lucky with Jotform, it seems to get even better over time. Good job Jotform, very satisfied customer, although this survey is getting quite long.

Yes, it is very user-friendly. Inevitably for the power and versatility of the software, there will be a self-taught learning curve that takes time and patience, is there a way to simply do things whilst adding even more power? I hope so. There are still things I'd like it to work a little better at like better website integration and look and work well on all devices.
Never had an issue with support. When I did ask for help, I got an answer quite quick.
Well suited to running online businesses. With more and more people becoming accustomed to making bookings/buying online Jotform provides a way for small businesses to gain access to a larger market whilst saving time.
Not well suited to ones with little knowledge of online presence, IT, or those lacking patience to produce the desired results that Jotform can do but sometimes takes a lot of trial and error.

Using JotForm

1 - Business Owner uses it to attract more customers through easy to use forms and to sign up to payment subscriptions easily.
Good knowledge of IT, patience,a good understanding of the business goals and thoughtfully improving or anticipating customer experience.

I would search longer on youtube, online to compare the options in more detail. I would search to see if there was a service in my own country.

JotForm Implementation

Had to opt for Jotform to open in a separate window for some of my phones as being intergrated into my own site caused restricted viewing problems on some devices like mobiles.
