Overall Satisfaction with JotForm

We use JotForm to collect a lot of valuable information from our clients that we use to customize the client's needs. We use the forms in all of our marketing campaigns. Using auto text responders and the forms from JotForm, we can send our customer's specific information [with] a click of a button.
  • With JotForm we can collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, and much more and integrate that information into another CRM application.
  • I really love the auto-response forms that are generated after customers have submitted a form. The auto-response form allows us to upsell our customers on more valuable services. The original form allowed clients to receive a free e-book and the auto-response form sold clients on our paid membership to our private social media group.
  • We use the forms to get clients into our monthly paid newsletter subscription.
  • Great question and a difficult one, but we would like to see JotForm integrate or have functionality within JotForm that would allow text message campaigns.
  • There are forms that we would like to change the email address that appears on forms. The email addresses are generally the email address used to set up the account.
  • There should be more options for the different formats or fonts for the thank you form.
  • We have generated over 130 leads last month. This is a 150% increase from the prior month's numbers.
  • We can give multiple staff members access to the forms. That's a plus in itself. It works well with virtual assistants also. This gives us [a] tremendous amount of flexibility which cuts down on nonrepetitive work.
  • We like that JotForm has a referral program. We will start to take full advantage of this program to develop more win-win relationships with not only clients but our vendors.
JotForm has a more user-friendly interface. [Inserting] different fields on JotForm are a lot easier than the competitors.

The forms are easy to manipulate. The thank-you form works well. That form can be used to upsell the client on more products and services.
I really have not had to use the support. All of the functions of JotForm are easy to use. There's not a lot of problems that we [can't] figure out and fix on our own.
We have a form that when it is used or seen on our website, the email address used to log in is displayed and we would like to be able to simply change it. We would like to reformat or change the links for the forms to a much shorter hyperlink. I do believe this capability is only allowed under JotForm Pro. This should be a function allowed on all account types.
