I am using Joule for Developer to learn how it works, refactoring code using natural language prompts to get smart code predictions for my current ABAP version, enhancing code consistency, and aligning with SAP-specific best practices.

Pros

Provide code up to some extent.
Reduce some coding effort.
Code Explanation & Understanding.

Cons

More interact with code development.
Better I'd available for on-premise version.
Still, Code Quality Requires Constant Human Verification, not generating 100% accuracy code.

As I am a content writer and our organisation is in marketing We ask certain questions and get relevant answers from Joule. We take help to analyse our blogs for re optimizing them and to summarise the previous written blogs. Also to get some SaaS based product help and to know about them in summarised way. We take help for creating our product pages and to get some new ideas for our new campaign for our new launches. Basically, it helps in gathering context, to summarize large information or content and it also helps us to be productive because it reduces the time of research.

Pros

Analysing our Reports and Data Sheets.
Keyword research and On page and Off page SEO help.
New campaign and Product launch ideas.

Cons

It can be a little more fast but its still better than gemini.
As a writer we need a little more refined and genuine information so it can be improved at that section too.
It can have a dedicated feature for marketers especially.

It helped to improve productivity and workflow which is positive.
Negative will be although Joule saves time but it still need human review and that human tone and accuracy in it.
ROI has been time saving and workflow improvement.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Currently in test phase for IBP, Consultants, and in activation as Joule basic for new S/4 ERP. It's planned to address business automation / autonomous processes with the support of Joule. E.g., an autonomous enterprise scenario for a new line of business. Currently, it's very challenging to get the basic setup activated and make the tool usable. Additionally, we expect advantages for the first entities in the new ERP System to gain from being first on a brand-new ERP. The current scope of Joule, as "advanced Google," is far too narrow.

We use Joule for SAC, Joule for IBP, Joule for Developers & Joule for consultants. Joule is also being leveraged for BTP and S4 to create many Joule agents. Team is actively working to leverage standard Joule agents and also building SAP Joule custom skills and agents
