Leadspace is a well-known B2B CDP provider, and our data sets were validated, enriched, and segmented. It has a lot of storage capacity, which makes it useful for forecasting sales and promoting products. We handled data that contributed to CDP in terms of marketing and sales. It's always been adaptable to our needs, adding resources to accommodate our desired account score models. I appreciate the effort put into the enhancement, and we've never had a better vendor experience. It is much easier to put our faith in the results we receive. It can automatically add firmographic, demographic, and buying intent data to SFDC leads and contacts.

Pros

  • On-time and within budget, it can deliver customized data projects.
  • It enhances data quality while also making it more user-friendly.
  • It's been a massive hit with customers and feels like an extra marketing team member.

Cons

  • In some cases, the time needed to obtain a database is longer.

In terms of meeting our requirements, Leadspace has been an enormous asset. I appreciated that they acknowledged our communications and provided a timeline for results. It is inevitable that we fully comprehend the new features they are implementing. Inaccurate data has been solved by this platform, among other issues. Excellent work on the best methods and data-gathering recommendations. However, I still require a high-level view of the processor input templates. Customization obscured information on administering application access.

Enriching contact and account information and creating an Ideal Customer Profile is also essential if we are to improve our scorekeeping, scoping, and white-spacing processes further. Compared to the other vendors we employ, ICP's enrichment is far superior and allows us to more easily move to ABM while also giving an extra layer of scoring, which we aim to use soon after launch.

  • It has been a pleasure working with the LeadSpace team in understanding our needs and addressing any coding or backend issues that have kept us from receiving the data we needed.
  • A database of specific job titles, geographical regions, and interests can be easily obtained.
  • Having regular face-to-face contact with a potential customer allows me to obtain a deeper knowledge of the type of person I'm trying to attract.

At both the account and contact levels, we validated and enriched, segmented, segmented, and presented our data sets. Our collaboration began as a way to meet data requirements. It has matured into a genuine vision for our clients, prospects, and partners. It is simple to obtain a database of job titles, interests, regions, etc. Leadspace helps us identify our needs and resolve any coding or back-end issues to get the information we need.

Leadspace is one of the best data enrichment platform. We are using it for data enrichment and management of leads for sales & marketing teams. It is mainly used for maintaining quality of the existing and new data. Earlier we’d have to pull multiple lists from multiple different vendors for every single project, then de-duplicate, compare, verify data again and again. Now, we have a way to build our lists more effectively and efficiently, from a single source.

The Leadspace enrichment of the database allows you to report accurately (on campaigns, accounts, leads, etc), improve lead enrichment, match contacts to accounts and generally make your database in SF much better. It helps in creating good reports of the database which in turn helps in follow-ups of the database. The reporting dashboard is really easy and is easily understandable.

We use Leadspace for the enrichment of all the incoming data and then to place the received records in a hierarchy. Leadspace is the source of truth for all deals and the records are able to sync in a seamless way. Leadspace helps in prospecting specific job titles and job functions that are likely to be involved in the buying process for our products and services.

I can say that we have been using this software for months with the purpose of increasing our client portfolio and it has been very useful, due to its many functions to search for potential clients. It has a large database of customers from all areas, companies interested in our services and key contacts to achieve sales.

Pros

  • The widest database that a software can provide is the one that leadspace has and the best thing is that they are ideal and key contacts to obtain sales and achieve business relationships.
  • It has a pipeline management where we can channel all customers and start negotiating only with those prospects that meet the requirements of the ideal customer.
  • The segmentation is very accurate and asks the right questions to only show us the customers with the characteristics we need, age, location and gender.

Cons

  • It can take a long time to search for customers, delaying a little the work of sales and marketing agents.
  • Sometimes the data provided is not updated and gives us contacts of executives who are no longer in the positions of those companies.
  • So many clients and scheduled contacts, it can be a little heavy on the screen, because it does not have a design as organized as I would like.
