Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I absolutely love this CRM! It's easy to navigate, easy to learn and the customer support team is just outstanding. Every single person I've interacted with has been so friendly and helpful. They treat you like you're a valued customer and not a means to an end. They really care about helping you to get you the answers you need and making sure that you're taking advantage of the features that your business needs to operate at its fullest. I love how simple and easy it is to learn how to use Less Annoying CRM. I've seen other CRMs that were incredibly overwhelming and cumbersome. Not so with Less Annoying CRM. You will love it!

High Value CRM that simplifies your pipeline

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Less Annoying CRM is used in our residential insulation division as a means of tracking and following up new clients to us. We input potential clients, conduct calls and move them through our personalized system in Less Annoying CRM. Its a very simple system to use which is its biggest selling feature - you can adjust it to your needs. Highly recommend

Pros

  • Personalization
  • Low cost/ high value
  • Ease of use

Cons

  • I think its dialled in. Changing could result in a less ideal system

Return on Investment

  • With the low cost to use the ROI is easy to justify. In fact the cost is low enough that we haven't even intentionally tracked the sales to these leads to justify the expenditure.

The perfect CRM for our needs

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are a few months into using LACRM and have been uber impressed. The solution itself is exactly what we needed for our small company managing a nominal amount of contacts. That's not to say LACRM couldn't handle a larger operation than ours (which they do), but this felt like the perfect sweet spot for us.

The one thing that stands out to me about this company is its people. EVERYONE I have communicated with at LACRM has been outstanding. I don't know if "high-level customer service" is part of this company's hiring criteria, but they have certainly knocked it out of the park whenever I have a question that needs answering.

Keep up the good work, LACRM.

Pros

  • Support
  • Customer Service
  • Articulation of the solution benefits

Cons

  • I would like to see a search functionality in the Notes section

Return on Investment

  • Moving from an Excel spreadsheet tracking method to LACRM has helped us be much more efficient.

Usability

Less Annoying CRM is like a tiny helpful second brain highly recommend

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Less Annoying CRM every day to keep track of a lot of different clients and contacts, track events/calendars, project/pipeline management, and other stuff. It's a crucial part of my business, and it has functionality I plan to use as my business grows over the next few years. The team keeps adding new features that are really useful, including automations.

Pros

  • It doesn't introduce friction in my workflow, it makes things easier to manage
  • Their customer service and support is fantastic
  • They clearly prioritize making good software that works for their customers, not maximizing profit
  • It's easy to set up customized pipelines and workflows

Cons

  • I wouldn't mind a couple extra widgets on the homepage but this is in no way a big deal

Return on Investment

  • It's cut the time I spend organizing/reaching out to contacts by more than half

Usability

Less Annoying is truly less annoying.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I switched to Less Annoying CRM after years of using Salesforce. True to its name, it is truly less annoying. It's so much faster and easier to use. I was able to import spreadsheets from the other CRM without any problems and can pull up my information faster. There was virtually no learning curve and appreciated that I was assigned a person to answer all my questions as I was getting started. If I do email with a question, someone is quick to respond. I highly recommend this to anyone.

Pros

  • The calendar
  • customer service
  • organizing

Cons

  • being able to customize the contact area

Return on Investment

  • can make more calls
  • Keep better notes about leads & clients
