We had to move away from Intercom as it changed it pricing model and the pricing that it came to us with was out of our budget. … We use the mid tier plan, our support lead did not get the reporting that he wanted to, however that was available on Enterprise which is expensive for us.

Basically, I can only think of the enterprise pricing at $149 which is just too pricey. … While userlike is now free, (it wasn't free when we used it), we had issues with navigating around this program as it's user interface wasn't self explanatory, and they didn't provide as much support...

$149 for a LiveChat plus enterprise software is probably a bit on the high side and I will believe, businesses can get a close alternative for cheaper. … because from my experience, to really enjoy Livechat; billing starts from $30.
