Lusha is the one and only lead sourcing tool that we use at Mavenberg. We get info about all our prospects just using this one tool and it is very helpful for our daily activities. 95% of the time we get the right data of who we are looking for.

We have a few organizations that we target as customers for our SaaS product, and Lusha helps us identify the right decision maker and also helps us with email ID and contact number for the contacts instantly. Using the above contact information, we can directly contact the person and set up meetings.

  • Sometimes mobile number are not direct but an office number.
  • The email ID can sometimes be incorrect.
  • Some contact email IDs cannot be found as it's not in the database.

Best tool if you are on the B2B sales/marketing side, looking to get information about buyers, mainly in the US. It provides you with a 90% accurate contact number where the BDR team can directly reach out and schedule a meeting. Very effective in finding the email IDs of potential buyers within a company that will be a potential buyer.

Lusha is used as a data enrichment tool for our sales outreach. It's important in sales to make use of multiple data tools and I find that Lusha often offers dat that isn't found in other tools. It tends to be used on more of a single lookup style data enrichment tool to source additional mobile numbers and email addresses. This has enabled the company to progress many deals which otherwise would have gone cold as Lusha has provided up to date contact details which has enabled us to gain contact with individuals.

I find that Lusha is well suited as a secondary data source. It doesn't seem to have a developed enough database to be your primary data enrichment tool, so if a sales team was looking to only utilise one data tool, I wouldn't suggest Lusha as that first. However when being used in a supplementary fashion it is perfectly suited, I often find it has some niche contact details that I haven't been able to find elsewhere. The AI tools for searching and list building are well developed too, it is also great for teams to use on a bit-part basis as they often free credits per month as a starting point.

Lusha in Birdie and Ascend AI is really useful, especially because the time I just save prospecting qualified leads and prospects, for example, for me is easier and really quick to use filters and create lists with prospects with special needs. One problem is also to import those lists we have created, and now for us it is really useful, especially to make our email marketing and sequences of contact with prospects. Lusha is a great filter use tool.

Scenarios where Lusha is well-suited are to save time and filter the right list of contacts we need to add to our leads and contact. We don't do this manually, but automatically with the right filters.

Business problem: we need data enrichment for our middle east teams as there isn't enough penetration in that market from other platforms.

Lusha: Lusha helps us with this, they are able to give us company / contact data for this region in particular.

Scope: Data that we receive is used for building lists and enriching contacts.

  • Adding credits, the experience here can get a bit better.
  • Definately need an intermediate layer of pricing for credits.
  • Ease to book meetings with the Sales reps. Currently, it get a little difficult to have to talk to someone just to brainstorm on how to go about adding credits or what plan should be okay for me.

Likelihood to Recommend

If you're a global company and need to penetrate into the Middle east market then Lusha should be your go to in the Sales stack.

Extremely good data for that market.

Lusha is one of the tool which I use for collecting data which solves my lead generation problem and now I am able to generate leads for my business the tool work really great it's easy to understand and to use. Lusha data is refreshed every now and then so they data is new to reach out

We use Lusha for gathering data , email I'd, contact number it solves half of our problem when it comes to collect Data as per our target audience , I am content writer so I search for leads and also use it as a marketing tool like to mass mail , create effective email Templates and with Lusha everything work perfect side by side

I use Lusha for data research, to seek for relevant people contact number, email address and to export data. I come from a sales background so I need solid data which will help me to reach out to relevant people and pitch my solution and seek for closure and Lusha's data has always been that one source which I trust the most the email ID and contact number are always relevant and true which helps to have a conversation with the right people

  • The data segregation is great you can filter the data as per your requirements
  • The data is updated every now and then so the chance of getting repeated data is less
  • The contact number and e-mail IDs provided by this tool is hand down one the best tools I have ever used, it's always on point
  • Export features is another add on you can just create a list as per your requirement and click on the export you get all the data in an Excel sheet

Cons

  • I personally don't think Lusha lacks in anything I have been using Lusha for about 3 years and honestly I don't find anything wrong with this application

The best suited scenario is when I research data for Asia or Europe for which this is the tool which I prefer because the data is relevant and people actually pick up their calls when called and this happens only with lusha if you are reaching out to Europe clients and less appropriate scenario is when you are reaching out to us clients because most of the data given is dnd so won't be much fruitful.

Great tool for finding valid contact data of important prospects

I've been a user of Lusha for the past 4-5 years. I primarily use Lusha to find accurate contact details of important decision-makers in our target companies. The main problem that it solves is to find the verified contact information of the decision makers for outreach. The extension is easy to use and provides you with the prospect's contact details directly from their LinkedIn profile. We use the contact details to directly connect with those

prospects via call and email.

  • Finding the business email of the prospect
  • Target right companies and prospects using various filters
  • Integrate with Hubspot CRM

Cons

  • More targeted filtering options for database
  • More availability of contact details for mid and junior professionals
  • The extension can sometimes be buggy and doesn't load in one go

Likelihood to Recommend

Lusha is the best tool if you want to find the contact details of CXOs and senior decision makers. Almost 80 - 85% of the data is accurate. But it would not work well for mid to junior contacts, and also on LinkedIn profiles that are less active.

We use Lusha Primarily for Sales Prospecting. Since we are into Big Ticket sales, we need to reach out to the CX, VP, Directors or Heads of Departments among our target verticals across Governments, Ministries, Oil & Gas, Retail, Defense, Telecom etc and we use Lusha to get email ID's and Mobile contact details. We also used Lusha in the past to actively run sales Cadences.

  • Higher Accuracy of Mobile Content
  • Better Pricing for Free Lancers or Small Company Owners
  • Limited data for some industries as well as countries, Oman for e.g

Likelihood to Recommend

Well Suited: For Free Lancers and Single man operations, the free version with community edition is a good solution. Not Suited: For Enterprise targets, such as Telecoms, Banks or Governments as Data availability is an issue Also it can be less effective when targeting prospects in smaller companies. Pricing is also an issue.
