Clean intuitive data platform with some secret data boosts
Overall Satisfaction with Lusha
Lusha is used as a data enrichment tool for our sales outreach. It's important in sales to make use of multiple data tools and I find that Lusha often offers dat that isn't found in other tools. It tends to be used on more of a single lookup style data enrichment tool to source additional mobile numbers and email addresses. This has enabled the company to progress many deals which otherwise would have gone cold as Lusha has provided up to date contact details which has enabled us to gain contact with individuals.
Pros
- Clean and easy to use UI
- Verified data
- In built AI tools
- Chrome extension
- Minimal learning curve
Cons
- Price point is quite high
- Database expansion (some companies don't exist)
- CRM sync can fail often
- More first meetings booked
- Additional decision makers uncovered
- Has helped with data hygiene as the database is more up to date than other providers
- Increased revenue from new deals found from additional contacts
- Apollo.io, RocketReach and ZoomInfo Sales
We use Lusha alongside Apollo. Lusha was chosen as our supplementary data source, as it is super intuitive to use, meaning there was no little to no onboarding time which meant no lost productivity to the business. Stacking up against RocketReach, Lusha has much more data availability, and this is also the case for Apollo, whilst Apollo's database might be larger, it often misses contacts that Lusha has, and Lusha has more verified mobile numbers which is super important. In comparison to ZoomInfo is has a much lower price point.
