MailerLite is literally the FIRST mail platform that helped me generate revenue. I was with the chimp for years and found it extremely frustrating. I love the support I can get to walk me through an issue. And I've finally nailed how to navigate the interface, not that its difficult, I just don't necessarily like to read instructions. So I appreciate the "at my fingertips" support.
Pros
I like the groups, so i can specifically target people i want to market to.
Cons
As with all AI the bots make mistakes. They need updating, cost me several hours in production time.

it's clean such a clean interface. no hidden functionalities. I love being able to integrate MailerLite with my CRM, Dubsado.
I am an author and I depend on MailerLite for all of my newsletter mailings with my subscribers, to maintain my subscriber lists and they also provide a payment portal to sell my books directly. I recently had some questions regarding the payment portal and needed the help of their support staff. [...] was exceptional and extremely helpful. I highly recommend MailerLite to anyone looking to find a well established company to support them.
We're an early stage tech startup and we use MailerLite for email campaigns, automations, and to create custom landing sites for our clients. It's great, does everything we need it to, is easy to use, and provides a lot of value for us. I had an issue with one of the landing sites. Behaviour I had not see on other sites we have created. So I raised a 'ticket'. Yes, the dreaded blackhole of customer support...some good...some not. Usually the bigger the company, the blacker the hole.
Not only did [...] from MailerLite respond to me quickly - on the weekend - but she gave me some targeted instructions based on my issue, and she asked me the right questions. Unfortunately that did not resolve the issue, so she had a look into the site itself. She discovered the issue, and instead of just emailing me to give me instructions on how to remedy it...she edited it for me. She knew it was a live site, and she knew that the fix I put in place was a bit clunky, so she fixed it for me and pushed it live. That's exceptional.
So thank you [...] and well done MailerLite for your customer support processes. We're using this as an example of what great looks like for our team.
Pros
Incredibly responsive
Friendly customer support
Inituitive and great value
Cons
The editor works great in Chrome but not as good in Safari sometimes

Email automations, customer email communications, custom landing sites so each customer has a tailor made experience.
I use MailerLite for a number of my clients, each operating across very different business sectors (professional services, offshore energy, hospitality, electronics etc), and absolutely love working with it.
The set-up is straightforward and intuitive, integrations are simple to implement, and the design interface for creative good looking and effective emails is just what you could hope for. The reporting is equally good and quick to access post-delivery data and analytics.
MailerLite has become - and will continue to be - the preferred solution for my business and my clients.
Pros
Easy initial set-up
Intuitive screens across the platform
Simple and effective email design
No fuss, makes using a pleasure
Cons
None - happy as it stands

MailerLite has been great for:
- General e-newsletters
- Fundraising announcements
- New product or service launches
- Availability (hospitality) campaigns
Can't think of any scenarios where I've found it unsuitable.
I would highly recommend paying the extra for the live chat support. The service is great and is brilliant for managing your stress level when you aren't quite sure what you have done 😂.Utkarsh was brilliant today after I made a right mess of things... thanks Utkarsh
Cons
It's difficult sometime to understand what the options are when creating automations, some of the language is unclear.

I moved from Mailchimp which is very buggie and is very glue-on-glue imo. MailerLite is easier to use and the Live Chat support it great.
I'm an Email Marketing Strategist and I use MailerLite for my own emails and that of several of my clients. MailerLite has a lovely, modern feel. The design editor is so easy to use, the forms and landing pages are beautiful and the support from the team is excellent. Highly recommended.
Pros
Design
ease of use
Support
Cons
Segmentation - I think there is huge scope to allow users to go much deeper in their segmentation. I would like to see Time Engaged, rather than Time Inactive.
Having to manually create automations for products bought from an online store is frustrating.
Automations starting with segments.

Well suited for consultants, service providers and coaches. Also suited to those with a small catalogue of products, say less than 10.
Less appropriate for ecommerce businesses - I would always recommend Omnisend instead (sorry).
Their support is awesome... and FREE... one of the reasons I jumped off of Mailchimp, who seems to be pinching their pennies these days and grabbing anything they can get from every account they have, even if they have a marginal user base. Anyway, I jumped from Mailchimp to MailerLite and have had two support tickets, both of which were high-quality and very responsive -- even on a weekend. It's not the product you build but the product you support. Nice work, MailerLite.
Pros
Support
Forms/Builder
Onboarding
Cons
The only detractor is that they do not support pre-filled email addresses
Oh, and I couldn't make my custom form work with their form post/action. No biggie, however.

Not bad for free. :D But I would have liked to be able to pre-fill the user's email address if they are logged in. Nothing infuriates me more than to be asked for my email address by an application when I have already provided it on account creation. Now I am passing the same grief to my customers when they sign up for the newsletter. With Mailchimp I was able to prefill the address, but currently I cannot with MailerLite. I am told it's on their feature list which would be really valuable and appreciated if it gets completed.

I used MailerLite for my blog mailing list to send out emails to email list. I'm going to switch over to the new version of MailerLite and I needed help with billing and had questions on how to do that. Jhon worked with me and was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. I appreciate his help.
