Overall Satisfaction with MailerLite
I'm an Email Marketing Strategist and I use MailerLite for my own emails and that of several of my clients. MailerLite has a lovely, modern feel. The design editor is so easy to use, the forms and landing pages are beautiful and the support from the team is excellent. Highly recommended.

- Segmentation - I think there is huge scope to allow users to go much deeper in their segmentation. I would like to see Time Engaged, rather than Time Inactive.
- Having to manually create automations for products bought from an online store is frustrating.
- Automations starting with segments.
- Makes sending emails easy so more inclinded to send an email.
I moved to Constant Contact from MailerLite as the reporting and segmentation was deeper. But the editor and the lack of decent forms and landing pages soon brought me back to MailerLite.
Mailchimp got too expensive.
I've tried Klaviyo and Omnisend from a client perspective. Both are superior to MailerLite for ecommerce businesses.
ActiveCampaign - it's ok but the design editor is old fashioned. Similar to Constant Contact. I actually found it quite confusing, all the things you can do with it - and that's coming from an Email Marketer.

I have it on my client accounts.

I had 7 funnels to build for a client! And I was getting slightly blinded by the routing as it involved more than one flow. The AI Agent on online chat helped me so much, even when I questioned its logic. Once I had edited one of the flows, I got back on to Chat and asked for a real person to sense check the flows for me, which they need within 5 minute of me asking.
