Overall Satisfaction with MailerLite

MailerLite is literally the FIRST mail platform that helped me generate revenue. I was with the chimp for years and found it extremely frustrating. I love the support I can get to walk me through an issue. And I've finally nailed how to navigate the interface, not that its difficult, I just don't necessarily like to read instructions. So I appreciate the "at my fingertips" support.

Pros

  • I like the groups, so i can specifically target people i want to market to.

Cons

  • As with all AI the bots make mistakes. They need updating, cost me several hours in production time.
  • So excited to have made my first email sales today using MailerLite.
I just love it much better than the chimp. Less complicated.

it's clean such a clean interface. no hidden functionalities. I love being able to integrate MailerLite with my CRM, Dubsado.
