We use Microsoft Teams Rooms to provide physical dedicated meeting spaces with the ability to deliver hybrid meeting capabilities. Our employees can tailor there meeting experiences with ease but also allow for, in some cases, complex scheduling requirements. Microsoft Teams Rooms is a great tool by itself, add some automation and specifically designed hardware, and you can manage professional meetings at any level.

We use Microsoft Teams Rooms across all of our main conference suites. This ensure our staff have consistent meeting experiences in out part of the education sector - meetings generally become hybrid fairly frequently and can even extend to pupils or staff working from home. We did try some of the poly equipment in a classroom environment but due to noise levels and the amount of pupils and staff it quickly became a non starter. We were advised to stick with participant numbers aligned to our purchased hardware before we tried this.

Microsoft Teams Rooms has helped our business by allowing team members from multiple locations to connect remotely without leaving their respective clinics. This increases productivity and does not take them away from their jobs as much as if all meetings had to be in person and they had to commute.

Microsoft Teams Rooms has been pretty effective for our business. It has allowed multiple members of our team to connect remotely and stay on the same page with any changes, etc. A few times, the screen sharing option didn't work great, but otherwise, the product has been beneficial.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Microsoft Teams Rooms (MTR) in our meeting and training rooms , configured in our Yealink MTR system , Interactive display and Room panel display. Using this service we can perform daily remote meetings with our customers and providers connected by Teams , Zoom or Cisco Webex platform, allowing us to share content and record the session when is necessary.

Likelihood to Recommend

It is very well suited in organizations that own MTR Systems and use Teams as their main UC platform. And it is not adequate for enterprises that need to interact with users who work on Google Meet. You must consider that MTR only supports Zoom and Cisco Webex as third-party platforms.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It allows us to communicate and collaborate with our staff and our customers. It seems to be the medium for IM, Online meetings that businesses now use. It's not as good as Cisco Webex - but it comes as part of the MS 365 Suite, so that's why businesses choose to use it.

Likelihood to Recommend

A company that has established user base using MS365 - no brainer to use Teams as it saves money.

If you want high quality video or you're doing town hall events, Cisco Webex performs much better in that space.

Microsoft Teams Rooms helps us for participants in any country to join. We are currently using it for training purposes for our teams that work remotely in other countries. Whenever training is required, we use it to deliver training. The Breakout rooms help us to prepare group activities and have team activities as well as allowing the instructor to go back and forth to follow up progress with the groups.

Well suited for hybrid and remote teams. For training it works great using breakout rooms, reocrding and intelligent audio/video.

Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Microsoft Teams Rooms for our video conferencing requirement in our meeting rooms. These are very helpful when interacting with our customers on a monthly basis to present them with monthly reports. Using these makes the experience very much immersive and engaging for both the parties. Collaboration becomes easy with remote parties.

Microsoft Teams Rooms is well suited for small to medium sized meeting rooms in corporates. The devices are well suited for enterprises requiring collaboration between employees from different locations as part of hybrid working styles. It may not be appropriate for large scale events where more than 1000 users are joining due to some performance issues.
