SSO - It provides Single Sign on that leaves the worry of authentical and authorization implementation from Dev to Okta

Cons

Okta is a Single Point of Failure. If Okta goes down , all portals goes down. So there should be some sort of last cached data setup
Initial config might be difficult for some organizations so you need dedicated support
Reporting tools are a bit messy

Mostly for password management, also it helps me manage all my logins and adds a layer of protection to them with the second factor authentication plus the code. Before, it was easy for me to forget and constantly reset my passwords, and also make sure to keep them in a safe place.

Cons

I love the layers of protection, so I can't complain. Sometimes, Okta does require additional verification in the middle of the day while working so it's a plus
Not only give face ID verification options but I've noticed if you don't have that option, you can get the code easily without it, of course, after being logged in, but maybe add an extra layer too a pre-code
