We've been using OpenText TeamSite for three years now as our key web content management system. We've engaged the software to design our websites, and author and edit the content. It's been critical in streamlining our customers' digital marketing experiences spanning the essential social media channels (Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook to be specific). I'm using Teamsite daily to make my work easier by utilizing a single software to manage marketing content on all the digital channels.

Pros

  • The drag and drop forms feature makes publishing simple and quick.
  • Preview of customer data before sending publications helps us to deliver personalized experiences.

Cons

  • It keeps saying Path not Found when publishing external file attributes on the staging arena. I've never found a way to go around it.
  • Does not retain file owner's name when you publish through OpenDeploy.
