Orangedox provides one-click virtual data rooms that are directly synced with Google Drive folders. It is used to prevent documents from being shared or forwarded and audit every time they've been opened, and to manage financial due diligence, fundraising, investor relations & investment management. There is no limits on the number of files shared with up to 500 users per room.
