SalesFlare is our main customer relationship management system. I must have it on my phone to upgrade my notifications, and it remains open on my computer when working. As my primary CRM, it helps me keep in contact and stay up to date with my correspondence with clients. Having a quick way to organize my communications and clients helps me maintain a better workflow and keeps my mind focused on what matters: quality work.
Pros
Email alerts, being notified when a client or someone in the network contacts me, are amazingly quick and beneficial
Email sequences, being able to automate my basic emails, helps me save time
Team collaboration is important in maintaining a good workflow
Cons
My app is always logging me out; that is my biggest pet peeve
Would be nice to add a single domain for email alerts; having to add email addresses one by one is frustrating but not a big deal.
Not a fan of dumping AI on everything

If a client or friend of mine was in search of a quality tool that is a robust CRM and has a great team behind it, I would highly recommend SalesFlare. The team has consistently updated the application; it is a robust and useful tool, and most importantly, the team behind SalesFlare is easy to work with when needed.
As startup CEO, I have the financial and commercial responsibility of the company. I use personally Salesflare to manage deals with customers (in B2B), with distributors and with investors. In my case the need is to have a tool that is easy to use, flexible and simple to integrate with the other tools I use.
Pros
Create simple workflows
Add accounts and contacts
Manage deals
Cons
It could be useful to notifications of events in a more structured way

Based on my experience Salesflare is really well done for small businesses, especially for startups that have few or no experience with CRM tools.
I have used Salesflare for several years and it's been great to see all the enhancements they have developed over the years. They are keenly in tune with their subscribers' needs and are always looking for feedback to help shape product development and refinement. We are a small company with limited budgets and have found that the sales tracking and email sends are a huge assistance in streamlining our process and ensuring that we can accurately forecast our pipeline. I highly recommend Salesflare to companies of all sizes looking to streamline processes and create an easy integration with their email platform.
Pros
Sales Pipeline Tracking
Email Bulk Sending
Email tracking
Cons
Honestly can't think of anything at this time

We are a small company that needed to track our sales pipeline and more accurately forecast future sales, and Salesflare helps us do just that. It's great that we can tag contacts with custom labels and easily pull those label criteria into a bulk email to stay in contact with customers.
I am loving the Salesflare integration into my gmail inbox - It is intuitive and helps me stay on top of my follow ups and reach outs. This CRM simplifies my sales and client management process and thinks of things that I miss. The integrations with mailchimp are also great!
Pros
Integration into gmail inbox
anticipates follow ups and to-do items and makes recommendations
tracks communications with accounts automatically
Cons
I would love to see workflow integrations with mailchimp - not just contact/account integration
Likelihood to Recommend
Salesflare is great if you use gmail/google workspace for you inbox. It does require zapier for some integration - which can add cost as some workflows are multi-step and cannot be completed with a free zapier account.
I am a one-man shop and I do sales. I send a lot of emails so I use the Salesflare email workflows a lot. It works really well and I get good stats from it - who opened, who clicked, etc.
Pros
Workflows are easy to create and very effective for bulk messaging.
I like the email templates that I can set up and re-use - very convenient!
The phone app is good - I can access a contact right from my phone and call them. When I make a call, it automatically opens a note for me to create a time-stamped record of the call.
I also like that fact that I can add customized contact and account fields. This is a big help in allowing me to do pretty precise "sorts".
Cons
I would like them to add integration to iPhones so I can dial directly from the PC.
When I download contact information, I end up having to download every field(there are a lot of fields!). I would like to be able to select the fields I need and limit the download to just those fields - basically a simple report builder.

Salesflare does a ton of stuff, pretty much all I need, and for a reasonable price. Also, It is pretty intuitive to set up for your company and easy to use. I have worked in places using some of the big name CRM and they are super expensive and hard to use.
Salesflare has an easy-to-navigate user interface, a well-organized layout, and an ability to adapt to the organization’s needs. We incorporated it into our sales process and received positive feedback. Using the software platform that is linked to it, we can feed users and leads into Salesflare. Simple to use CRM that saves time and keeps all necessary information in one place. Salesflare helped us organize our pipeline using email and automation. We could increase our sales with the help of Salesflare.
Pros
Organization of our clients as well lead and opportunity tracking and management.
Pipeline management and a significant amount of depth when it comes to monitoring sales and other opportunities.
It provides an overview of the sales process and custom fields for individual accounts (such as branding).
Cons
Instead of a single reminder, multiple reminders are sent out. I occasionally have issues reconnecting my email to Salesflare.
There are times when I find myself relying on my mouse and missing out on important notifications because I can't navigate.

In my opinion, Salesflare is an excellent CRM for small businesses. It includes everything a small business needs to manage leads, deals, and contacts in one convenient location. When a client needs more information or something done, I can quickly record it in their account—perfect for B2B SaaS and small businesses selling B2B in general.
We use it to manage our Cold-Email effort as well as a CRM itself. We also use the Pipeline (Opportunities).
Pros
Email Sync
Pipeline Management
Task Management
Reporting
Cons
UI could improve a little bit, especially for contacts
Not much really
Likelihood to Recommend
The Email Sync make and data populating itself make it a breeze to add contacts to it. That was my major pain point with other CRM. Salesflare lead the pack regarding adding a new contact.
We use it as our CRM. What differentiates it from others is the automatic account enrichment (saves times) and automation (e.g. when you need to send a follow-up).
Earlier, I needed to sync CRM with Active Campaign which I used for lead nurturing. All was synced by Zapier and was a bit complicated. With new workflow features, I'm moving all my follow-up sequences from Active Campaign to Salesflare.
Pros
Account enrichment.
Sales automations (e.g. email follow-ups based on tags or conditions).
Link tracking (you'll get a notification when somebody will click a link).
Cons
Webforms (they don't have them).
Custom report dashboards.

I think this is a great CRM for small and mid-sized teams that want to have an easy-to-use CRM that includes sales automation.
We are using Salesflare in the marketing and sales departments. We create deals from inbound leads, and the marketing department then hands them over to sales. Salesflare solved our problem by choosing the right CRM for our business. We started as a small company and scaled really quickly, so we needed a reliable tool where we can keep track of all leads and deals. It helped us better understand the structure of the sources of leads and conversion rates from them.
Pros
Gmail integration
Customizaton
Many integrations
Ease of use
Mobile app
Cons
Sending email drips

I think Salesflare is a great CRM for small businesses and startups because it has great value for money and has all that a small business would need for managing leads, deals, and contacts.
