Number testing: Currently I need to call our fax numbers manually to confirm fax tones. It would be useful to test numbers in bulk from the portal.
Troubleshooting: Currently, samples are needed for each fax transmission when there are issues. And those samples need to be within 24-48 hours. It would be useful if Telnyx could do a health check out proactively to gather information on high failure counts prior to customer reports.
Transparency with system issues: We've run into scenarios where we wanted information on system-wide fax failures, but when the issues were resolved we didn't get root cause analysis.

Telnyx is well suited for general phone number provisioning as they have a large pool to choose from. There is certainly room to grow with fax troubleshooting.
A client of ours is utilizing your number lookup API to retrieve porting status/information. That information is available via single number query or NPA/NXX block (1k. 10k). Information is viewable & exportable, though, not retained.

My use case is limited, but where I used to recommend Twilio, I can now offer Telnyx as a potential alternative. It's always good to have options.
We use trunking SIP for our communication needs. We forward calls using our own numbers. The numbers were provided and maintained by Telnyx. Rates are great and we have not had issues with the service. Also, we use trunking numbers with our own 3CX PBX service, and it is working great. I will recommend this service.

We use Telnyx in a small company and are getting great savings in our telecommunications needs. Reporting is clear and makes it easy to control expenses. Migration of numbers was very easy and had tracking while in the process. We have our own numbers in Telnyx. I didn't find any situation where the service is less appropriate up to now.
It used to be that Telynx would answer tickets/requests within minutes and resolve them. They had the online chat bot which was working great. Since COVID, things have slowed down for them and I do not get a quick response, but I like the platform and the different options they have.
We were having major call issues that were never resolved. Telynx seems like it won't complete calls coming from unknown numbers, which causes us a lot of issues as a B2B VoIP business vendor.

They have great technology. It seems like they are always advancing and moving to new products. They are young and innovative and keep updating the platform with new products and technologies. We would love if they could offer more to resellers--give them more tools to learn all the options they have to offer.
Telnyx is used to communicate with victims of abuse, and rape at one of our clients. Two customers use Telnyx for sales and support, 800 number services, and fax servers. One of our clients uses Telnyx to communicate with medical customers.

Short code setup charge as well as the monthly billing of it should be reduced. There are many low budget campaigns/Apps [that reach] monthly overload which [doesn't equate] to revenue in return from it.
