Use Cases and Deployment Scope
UKG Workforce Central helps us support time & attendance for all of our employees around the State at many different locations. We also use it to post all of our open positions in the form of job postings and manage applicants through the interviewing process all the way to hiring. UKG Workforce Central is also our Human Resources system where we can store centrally all HR documents.
Pros
- Accessible through smart phone.
- Interface with indeed.com and other job boards.
- Able to support many different levels of employees in different locations.
Cons
- The implementation was awful.
- The trainers didn't understand our industry.
- The trainer was overworked, unreliable, and scattered.
Likelihood to Recommend
I feel as if UKG Workforce Central is best suited for organizations with thousands of employees not a couple of hundred. The implementation was so bad that it left us scarred for months. I do find the Community somewhat useful and the support is decent.
