What is Verismo HR?

Verismo HR is an HR system developed by Verismo Systems AB to digitize and streamline administrative work related to HR. Key Features

Organization: The organization module handles master data needed for various processes, including organizational structures, hiring, onboarding, and exit processes. It allows for the creation of organizational charts, business organizations, matrix structures, legal organizations, and geographical organizations. Access rights and report paths can be set to ensure appropriate information access.

Employees: The employee module focuses on managing employee master data and information. It allows for the creation of employee profiles with personal information, role descriptions, compensation packages, and employment contracts. Managers have access to their employees' profiles to handle compensation packages, employee dialogues, and talent profiles.

Recruitment: The recruitment module handles the entire recruitment process, from need identification to signed agreements. It supports the selection process through publication, search, screening, and evaluation. Open applications can be managed, and candidates can apply via their candidate profile or LinkedIn.

Talent: The talent module focuses on attracting, managing, developing, motivating, and retaining talented employees. Employees have talent profiles where they can add training, language skills, and completed courses. Role management is supported, allowing for the creation of job catalogs and linking roles to various processes.

Course: The course module manages and administers courses, applications, files, surveys, invitations, and more. A course catalog can be created with course owners, e-course content, and planned course occasions. E-course content can be uploaded, and participants can access course material and provide feedback.

Performance: The performance module focuses on setting objectives, following up on progress, and summarizing performance. Objectives can be set, and mid-year reviews can be conducted to evaluate progress. Performance and development reviews are held at the end of the year, including self-evaluations and employee surveys.

Employee Dialogue: The employee dialogue module facilitates continuous dialogues between managers and employees. Templates can be created to standardize different types of dialogues. Dialogues are saved on the employee's profile with access right requirements.

Holiday and Absence: The holiday and absence module manages the application, approval, and withdrawal of holidays and absences. Employees can apply for holidays and view remaining vacation days and history. Managers can approve or reject absences and have an overview of department staffing.

Salary Review: The salary review module automates the salary review process and provides a well-documented review. Previous year's salary reviews can be compared, and hard or soft limits for increases can be set. Proposals are sent for approval, and approved proposals create new compensation packages.

Compensation: The compensation module manages compensation packages, benefits, pay components, exchange rates, and one-time payments. It allows for the creation of compensation packages and setting benefits and pay components. Compensation reports provide an overview of compensation by country and date.
