Vultr is reasonably priced, and the pricing of its services is very transparent: the price you see when spinning up a server or provisioning a block store is the price you're going to pay. …
Vultr's documentation is a little less comprehensive and organized than google cloud's; however, its pricing and billing model is much better.

Bare Metal cost me $120 for a nice store, and we made lots of money, but we switched it to a $96 VPS, as it was far more efficient. … Incredible (1 core, 512 MB RAM) If the Bare Metal had an unlimited transfer, and better specs, it would be worth the price.
