Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Webex for online conferences and team meetings.. We also do webinars using Webex apps and also to conduct interviews. Webex Apps provides permanent links that can be reused and repurposed for a different meeting or seminar

Webex App is used in the company as the main communication tool with vendors and partners. We create several groups as supports with the maintenance partners in which is reporting events and in cases is needed schedule meeting. Also, is used to be the way to communicate the sales team with clients. Internally also is used to schedule meeting with external persons or demonstration meetings.
